爱上"嘴嘴"

最近晋晋爱上了“嘴嘴”。如果“嘴嘴”在他的眼前， 他就会自然的伸出小手拿起“嘴嘴”放进他的嘴 里。

"Dad...Dad"..."ddy...ddy"

Finally ... my Eugene is calling out loud: "Dad...Dad...Dad" or "ddy...ddy...ddy"!!! It is just too sweet to hear that particular word from him, especially his daddy waiting it for SOOOOO long :P
Kevin is very happy and smiling non-stop when he heard his son calling him; ***flying on cloud nine with melting heart***
I am so jealous of it and being bad to tell Kevin that he is obviously not calling 'daddy' consciously but it is just his favorite word of the day :o) Bad Mummy.....hahaha....

Eugene is Standing Up!

Eugene has 'officially' stand up on early July, 2009. From then on, he has this new habit of peeking and calling on us from his baby cot early every morning : ) It is very entertaining for us to wake up by this way too!
I learned from past experience (was too worried for his ability to sit stability few months ago) and do not follow too tightly on the infant milestones now. This time, Eugene surprised us when we least expected it. Just be patient and go at his pace. That´s why we are so happy and proud of his new found ability : )

Soft Toy Lover

Just wanted to post up these photos to show how deep is Eugene's love towards his "precious" soft toys....
Those gentle looks really melt my heart, but too bad it's only reserved for his special 'friends - Teddy Bear, Sea Turtle, Monkey, Barney..:0)
Now you get the idea how much he adores his cuddly toys!

Eugene likes to point to something by using his pointer finger. LOL! Pointing is a good sign of the communication.

We have bought him lot of books and card boards. If we're looking through a book or cardboard together, we tried put our hand on his and teach him to point. He occasionally will point at the point of interest and point at things he recognises, with particular attention to picture.

Now Eugene able to point to pictures in books or card boards when you ask him to, like "Show me the bird" and Eugene will point to the bird. He can shows you tomatoes. carrots, apples, Orange, banana, teddy bear, shoes, keys, TV, flowers,duck, lion, dog, fish, car, aeroplane, train, tractor and etc.

团团转， 菊花圆

现在的晋晋以不再是以前妈咪爱说他是"不倒翁"了！ Yeah...

他不但可以自己坐立不倒， 他还能坐立原位团团转， 转圈圈呢！ ：P

当晋晋在团团转时， 妈咪就会哼着这首民谣歌儿；

**“团团转，菊花圆，炒米饼，糯米池，阿妈带我睇龙船，我勿睇，睇鸡仔，鸡仔大，捉去卖。"**

妈咪哼着歌儿逗得晋晋哈哈笑， 晋晋也跟着歌儿团团转的娱乐大家，逗得大家哈哈开怀大笑！

My 1st Word

My 1st word is "ahmm....aahm....ahhmm....." meanings 'EAT'. Gene what you want to eat?

Sit up without support

Gene is able to sit up on his own without support. He was developed his sit up skill on last few weeks but I didn't get the chance to see it. What happened was I placed him lying down on the bumper mat and encouraged him to sit up....'Gene, Please sit up". The next moment I turned to him, he was already siting up and laughing at you...'Oh, smart boy'. ***You must praise him in order for him to obey your order*** Consider a little late though but still it's another milestone reached *Grin*

My 3rd and 4th Teeth

Eugene 3rd and 4th tooth are out! After a break of more than 2 months since his 2nd. Hmm....Gene has been having diarrhea last 2 weeks. I was wondering is his diarrhea due to teething? We took him to pedia and doctor suggested us to stop feeding him milk till the diarrhea stop. We feed him porridge in watery. I think most toddlers at his age should have at least 7 and 8 teeth yet Gene just starting on his 3 and 4 teeth. However, he already eating so many variates of food with his bottom 2 teethes for thepast few months. ***Wink***

“点虫虫，虫虫飞"

Mummy is requested: "Gene show mummy 点虫虫"。Gene will show up his finger and dip on his another palm.
