Finger Linkin' Good

Eugene likes to shove his fist in his mouth. I have read an article mentioned that their gums begin to itch when they are about 2 months old where is same stage as Eugene. That’s why he wants to bite everything to soothe the itching and the easiest thing available is his hands!!!

Geney starts to produce much saliva when he put his finger in his mouth and starts slobbering all over the place. Hey Geney, that’s will be great if your saliva can use as bird nest. hahaha....

Bath Time

Bath time is Eugene one of the most enjoyable parts of his day. We bath Eugene twice everyday - in the morning and in the evening.

However, according to the Internet if overuse of strong cleansers and even tap water can damage the developing skin of newborn. Hmn... what we can do? He loves take bath wor!

So we have do look for the gentle pH neutral cleansers to care his skin.

Full Moon Celebration

Daddy and Mummy held my first month celebration on 14 October 2008.

I am get ready to go out...oh i cant open my eyes as the sun is too bright to me.

On my big day, Daddy and Mummy ordered the full moon salted chicken package, 盐锔鸡弥月礼for praying and distribution to relatives. I also had my first haircut to signify this new milestone. Daddy and Mummy decided not to shave my hair became botak so it was only some 'touch-up' instead.

I recevied lots of present and angpow during my full moon celebration.

New Born Eugene '08

Baby Beh is born.....

I was born at Ipoh on 15 September 2008 at Monday evening. At the Ipoh Specialist Hospital, the nurse cleaned and wrapped my body with a blue colour blanket to identify me as a baby BOY. I was tired and sleepy at that time, even i know there are people watching me outside....Happy Birthday to Little Eugene!!!

About me, Beh Eugene

Halooo.....my name is Beh Eugene and I was born with a little brownish skin colour and with heavy weight of 3.55kg. I have a high forehead (just like Daddy) and with a lot of hair (just like Mommy):o). My mouth is small with pinky and sexy lips....hehehe....I have internal double eye-lids. Everyone said i look like Daddy.....yeah! Say CheeRrrr....

My Preganancy Journey

Date: 15 Dec 2007, Sat @ 8pm

Kat: Dear, my period was late about 2 weeks liao.
Kev: Really!!! Let's go see doctor tomorrow.
Kat: Hmn...wait...we better go pharmacy to buy the pregnancy test to check it out 1st before we go see doctor.
Kev: Let's go now.
Then we have planned to go Jaya Jusco to do some shopping and bought the pregnancy test from Guardian. We reached home about 1030pm.
Kat: Dear, shall I do the test now, is quit late now?
Kev: Yes, why not?
Kat: I am so excited to know the result.

After few minutes.....

Kat: Dear, Is Positive!
Kev: Yeah! Then we go see doctor tomorrow.
Kat: Let me perform 2nd test again by tomorrow to make sure is accurate.

Once Kev knew the news, he was jumped from the second floor to ground floor to tell his Mum...Kat is pregnant now! And advise us do not go see doctor at this early stage and wait till about 2 months. But 2 months is too long for me lar....i cant wait to see doctor to check it out my baby existence.

So my 1st appointment with Dr Teoh was on 26 Jan 08 @ Ipoh Specialist Hospital.

Dr Teoh: Congratulation. You are 6 weeks pregnant now!!!

I was so excited to know my baby growing stage on every single appointment with doctor.

2nd Appointment, 22 March 2008 (First Trimester)
3rd Appointment, 25 April 2008 (Second Trimester)
4th Appointment, 24 May 2008
5th Appointment, 28 June 2008 (Third Trimester)
Detailed Scanning I can see my baby waving from the ultra scan machine and knew that we are expecting a baby boy! Most importantly, my baby is growing well and healthy in my womb.

8th Appointment, 30 August 2008

My Monday and Friday's Journey....I have not missed out to traveled back to Ipoh every weekend together with my big tummy... Every Monday, I woke up 4am in the morning to catch up the 530pm bus from Ipoh to KL. Every Friday, I usually took 530pm bus and reached Ipoh about 830pm.

I started to take leave on 1st September for my labor day where going to due on 17 September 2008. 14 September 2008, we have moon cake’s festival gathering at Kee Koh's house. Everyone was joked on me that my son is really 贪吃 wanna eat the moon cake and grandma also joked on him and asked him to come out from mummy's womb after eaten the moon cake. We left the party about 1030pm and straight away went to bed after cleaning up.

15 September 2008

I couldn't sleep well on that night and keep busy to go toilet to have pee for whole long night. Kev: Dear, are you ok? Got bleeding or not?
Kat: I am ok. Just went toilet for a pee only. Not bleeding yet.

Again, again....to toilet until 5am.

Kat: Dear, I am bleeding now.
Kev: Oh really. How serious is your bleeding? What can we do now?
Kat: No worry, just a little bleeding. Let me go shower and prepare the things 1st.

I presented myself very steady at that time but my heart was actually...'BOOP BOOP', 'BOOP BOOP'...keep jumping there... :o) ...about 730am.

Kat: Dear, I have prepared everything’s liao.
Kev: Ok, let’s go for breakfast 1st.

We reached Ipoh Specialist Hospital @ 9am.

Kat: Sister, I am bleeding now. I guess I will go to labor soon.
Nurse: ok ok. Dr Teoh is having operation now and will be coming in about 10am.
Kat: I think I still can wait for him. Doctor came in about 10am.

Nurse called Chin Woon Fui....

Doctor: Ok, you going to labor today.
